Keep Calm and Carry On

9 May

Being that finals week is just around the corner for many college students, I thought I would share a British phrase that helps me through stressful moments in my life . . .

The crown featured on this poster is that of King George VI, played by Colin Firth in “The King’s Speech” (great film!!). The phrase was intended for posters during World War II, but they never actually made it onto the walls of Britain and were never officially issued.

This simple message is just as relevant today as it was back then. It really does help during the frustrating moments in life.

Best of luck to everyone on their finals and to those graduating!

cheers! andrea ♥
