Today, in London, the Duchess of Cambridge attended the Queen’s Garden Party for tea and cakes, along with 8,000 guests, including Kate’s wedding dress designer, Sarah Burton. Kate wore the same pink Emilia Wickstead dress she wore two weeks ago at Windsor Castle, for a lunch with royals from around the world to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. It’s so refreshing that Kate treats clothing like most “commoners” do, recycling clothing and making new outfits with the help of accessories. She did just that when she paired her Emilia Wickstead dress with a hat by Jane Corbett and her go-to L.K. Bennett nude heels.
As a side note, it’s amazing for me to think that just 2 years ago, I was standing in this very same garden behind Buckingham Palace!
