Congratulations are in order for the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William. According to Clarence House, he has qualified as an operational search and rescue Captain for the Royal Air Force, allowing him to lead rescues across the UK. He completed his captaincy tests on May 29, 2012 and has undergone two years of flying experience in Sea King helicopters, seen below. He is now able to command operations.
